Quick and easy recipe
Here is an easy, fast and healthy recipe with simple and excellent ingredients :)
Ingredients for 2 people:
Preparation :
Start by seasoning the chicken with spices (turmeric, black pepper, paprika), put the chicken breasts in a previously oiled pan with olive oil and cook over medium heat.
On the other side washing and picking up the carrots, cut them into pieces, and incorporating them into a saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat.
Put the green beans in another pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, season with black pepper and lemon juice, leave leather over medium heat.
Once the chicken breasts, carrots and green beans are cooked, put the plate and taste, good appetite :)
This recipe is one of my favorite, It is very simple to achieve, it requires little time and in the end the result is very good thanks to the different seasonings :)
In addition, it is an ideal recipe for weight loss, it contains both proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and fibers. Thanks to these different ingredients, this dish is low in calories, but very rich in nutritional benefits.
PS: there is no salt in the seasoning, because it is a recipe without salt;)
