Quick and easy recipe with quince

Here is an easy sweet and salty recipe with quince, chicken and vegetables (potato, carrot, onion, tomato).

Ingredients for 1 to 2 people

- 2 chicken breasts

- 1 onion 

- 1/2 quince

- 1 tomato

- 2 carrots

- 3 potatoes according to size

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

- 3 to 4 dried apricots 

- 3 Agen prunes

For seasoning and cooking :

- Black pepper

- Turmeric

- Cinnamon

- Saffron

- Lemon juice

- Olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the onion into small pieces, put a drizzle of olive oil in the pan, add the onion, let it cook until the onions become translucent.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, add it to the pan, season with black pepper and turmeric.
After having washed and peeled the potatoes and the carrot, add them to the preparation, do the same with the quince.

Cook over medium heat, add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, add the rest of the seasoning, i.e. the cinnamon, saffron and lemon juice, pour in a little water, add the dried apricots and Agen prunes, cover with the lid and simmer over medium heat.

Serve and enjoy :)

PS : there is no salt in the seasonings, because it is a recipe without salt ;)
