Quick and easy recipe for Chicken with vegetables
Here is a quick and easy recipe for chicken with vegetables.
This recipe is one of my favorites, it is very simple to make, it requires little time and in the end the result is very good thanks to the different seasonings :)
Moreover, it is a recipe for weight loss, it contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fiber. Thanks to these different ingredients, this dish is low in calories, but very rich in nutritional benefits.
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 onion
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 carrots
- 2 handfuls of green beans
- 3 potatoes according to size
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
For the seasoning:
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Cut the onion into small pieces, pour a drizzle of olive oil into a saucepan. Add the onion to the pan and let it cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Cut the chicken breast into pieces, add it to the pan, season with black pepper, turmeric and paprika.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots, add the vegetables to the pan and cook over medium heat. Add the green beans and tomato paste, pour in a little warm water, cover with the lid and cook over medium heat.
Serve and enjoy :)
PS: there is no salt in the seasonings, because it is a recipe without salt ;)
