Recipe Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese
Here is an easy recipe for spaghetti with bolognese sauce revisited :)
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 100g spaghetti pasta
- 1 minced steak
- 4-5 button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 🍅
- 1 onion
- Black pepper
Cut the onion into small pieces, put a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, pour the chopped onions into the pan, let it cook for a few minutes until the onions become translucent, add the chopped steaks to the frying pan; season with black pepper and turmeric, mix everything together and cover with the lid of the frying pan, let it cook on medium heat.
Cut the mushrooms in pieces, add them to the pan, pour the tomato paste, mix it all together, add a little water until you get a sauce, cover and let it cook on low heat.
Dip the spaghetti without breaking it in a pan, let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain the spaghetti, put a drizzle of olive oil in the pan, add the spaghetti again, let it cook for 10 minutes and serve it.

PS : there is no salt in the seasonings, because it is a recipe without salt ;)
