A drizzle of olive oil
1 minced steak

Frozen green beans
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Start by washing and peeling an onion, then cut it into small pieces as illustrated in the video.
Cooking the onion:
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the onion pieces. Sauté until lightly browned.
Prepare the minced steak:

Preparing the green beans:
Meanwhile, take some frozen green beans, cut them into 1-2 cm pieces and add them to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix well over medium heat.
Cooking basmati rice:
Rinse the basmati rice three times in a saucepan, then cover it with water up to about 1 cm above the rice. Bring to the boil, then add the contents of the pan. Stir and cook over medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
Once the water has completely evaporated, cover the pan and turn the heat down to low. Leave to simmer for a few minutes longer to allow the flavours to blend perfectly.
