Banana: benefits of a very good fruit for our health!

Know that bananas are rich in iron(Fe). It promotes the production of a protein calledhemoglobin. This protein made up of iron is found within red blood cells, its role is to transport oxygen through blood.
Because of its different properties, bananas limits the appearance of theanemia and fatigue.

It is a fruit to regulate intestinal transit. Bananas can therefore be recommended in case of constipation, but also in case of diarrhea.

Finally, know that bananas are rich in vitamins of the group HAS, B and VS, it also contains a large quantity of minerals and trace elements like the phosphorus(P), the potassium(K), the magnesium(Mg),the calcium (Ca) and thezinc(Zn).
