It is a fruit to regulate intestinal transit. Bananas can therefore be recommended in case of constipation, but also in case of diarrhea.
Finally, know that bananas are rich in vitamins of the group HAS, B and VS, it also contains a large quantity of minerals and trace elements like the phosphorus(P), the potassium(K), the magnesium(Mg),the calcium (Ca) and thezinc(Zn).
